How can I pay my rent? Can I pay my rent with a credit card? How long does the application process take? If I know I want it the house, what is required to secure the home? Is there a security deposit? If so, how much? Is it refundable? My child will be living with me, and he/she is 21. Does he/she need to apply as well? My credit is not the best. Does that matter? What is your pet policy? What type of tenant is Blue Ripple seeking? When can I expect to receive my security deposit back once I vacate the property? When is rent due? When is rent considered late?
